JOB 1: Prepare the writing sheet for the story Marcus
& Quartus (p. 184) that the substitute will give you. Divide into the
work groups listed below. Each individual is to prepare, by yourself, the box numbers listed after your name. Prep
time should be no more than 15 minutes. Then share your prepared sentences with the group; as they write in your translations, other
members of the group should be making sure that you have understood everything correctly. Group completion time should be no more than
25 minutes. Turn in your completed
translations to the substitute and go on to Jobs 2 and 3.

substitute. Then go on to the Workbook and Vocabulary pages.
JOB 2: Works
sheet WB 11.1 and WB 11.2 (substitute will hand out)
As a group, complete both sides of the sheet. Before
you choose an answer, discuss what the sentence is requiring (verb with Accusative
or verb with Dative) and why. Be sure to pay attention to verb tense and
singular/plural in the snake sentences.
Completion time should be 25 minutes.
JOB 3: Vocab 11 Organizer Sheet (substitute will hand out)
Individually complete the both the front and back
sides with reference to page 200 in your book. BE SURE TO INCLUDE all information given on page 200. Turn in
your completed sheet to the substitute when finished. Deadline for this Vocab
Sheet is MONDAY, January 7.

Ladies and
Gentlemen, you have already gotten your box assignments and writing sheets for Euphrosynē
revocāta and cēna
Hateriī. Complete your Euphrosyne
boxes first and share your sentences with the others in the
group so that everyone has the narrative completed and understands the grammar
involved in each box. Turn in the Euphrosyne
sheet to the substitute.
Then go on
and prepare your individual boxes for cena. You will do the group work on cena
tomorrow. Use any extra time today on
the Vocab 32 organizer (due Monday, January 7).
Also request a copy of the WB
32.6 Reading Comprehension Questions from the substitute
and get those ready
for submission by next Thursday, January 10.
